The currency of Peru is called the Nuevo Sol (pl. Nuevos Soles). Nuevo Sol banknotes are issued in the following denominations: 10, 20, 50, 100, and 200 Nuevos Soles.
Smaller values are issued as coins, with 1 Nuevo Sol = 100 Centimos.
