All transactions are final.
If your plans change and you need to reverse your transaction, Guardian International Currency will buy back the foreign currency sold to you at the prevailing wholesale rate at the time of the reversal. The wholesale rate is the rate of exchange that Guardian International Currency would receive from their banknote supplier.
Reversing a transaction may result in a loss to the customer.
To reverse a transaction you must inform Guardian International Currency either in writing via email or in person. You must provide your transaction information.
Guardian International Currency will only accept reversal requests prior to the client physically receiving their order.
Returns are settled via the issuance of a cheque, payable only to the name of the original customer. Return cheques can either be picked up in person at our location or will be mailed to the address of the customer.
